App Restart (iOS or Android)
Before you contact support, logout. Do a force close of the app and restart. Recheck your account data:
- iOS devices: press your Home button twice; then find La Crosse Alerts Mobile in the list of open apps and close it (e.g. swipe up).
- Android devices: select the icon of little windows, find La Crosse Alerts Mobile, and swipe to the right. Or locate settings, apps, and force close.
Note: If in doubt as to how to close, you can always power off the device and turn back on.
