Enhanced Service Codes are 16-digit alphanumeric values. Verify that the card, package or email received has the word mobile* by the code.
You must register a device before you can Redeem a code for it. Expiration dates are assigned to the device serial number (e.g. TX60, TX70 or TX71). To Redeem, login and select the correct device to apply service. The format shown in the drop-down is device serial number-device name.
*Codes from La Crosse Alerts will not work on mobile; enter a support request to transfer valid existing service (allow 5 working days).
