  • factory reset
  • try different cat5 LAN cable
  • reboot modem, router, PC, switch etc.
  • check PC has internet service
  • check router has IPs available to assign
  • check router enabled DHCP service (to assign IPs)
  • check do not have 2 devices issuing DHCP
  • optional:  set static ip (requires Windows PC)
