- power cycle gateway
- factory reset
- try different cat5 LAN cable
- reboot modem, router, PC, switch etc.
- check PC has internet service
- check router has IPs available to assign
- check router enabled DHCP service (to assign IPs)
- check do not have 2 devices issuing DHCP
- optional: set static ip (requires Windows PC)
